    - Discussion en séance publique et adoption de la proposition de loi pat l'Assemblée nationale en première lecture le 29 mai 1998.
    La proposition de loi a définitivement été adoptée sans modification par l'Assemblée nationale suite à la discussion en séance publique du 18 janvier 2001.
